HVAC Counter Sales Associate

What you'll do

• Explain product features and identify customer needs
• provide product information and solutions in person, by phone, or by email
• process orders and payments
• safely handle and load products
• maintain shelves and displays
• enter and retrieve order, inventory, quotation, and pricing information
• perform cycle counts
• communicate purchase and return policies
• and support after-sale service, repurchases, promotions, and cross-selling. Forklift training and certification will be provided.
