What you'll do

• Support clinical trials from start-up through closeout
• coordinate study meetings, trackers, timelines, and reports
• assist with site onboarding and activation
• support CROs, vendors, and study deliverables
• maintain inspection-ready electronic Trial Master Files
• track regulatory submissions and milestones
• coordinate communication with sites and external partners
• support audit readiness, quality reviews, and process improvement
• assist with closeout, drug accountability, and study documentation.
