What you'll do

• Originate loan applications and review files for completeness
• maintain contact with consumer loan members
• explain account and credit union products and services
• complete account opening and closing steps
• assist with special accounts and transactions
• promote ancillary products
• process payments, withdrawals, advances, and transfers
• maintain account records
• support fraud disputes and remote access
• respond to member inquiries
• assist with branch audits.
