Job overview
Compensation is $2 per hour. The Lead Team Member is an onsite role based in Hummelstown, PA. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for shifts between 10pm and 6am, supporting the store operations team at Sheetz, Inc. This role exists to provide leadership by example, ensuring high-energy customer service and efficient store operations. The Lead Team Member mentors staff, manages food preparation, and oversees inventory to maintain store standards and customer satisfaction.
