Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Process customer invoices, cash applications, and payment postings
• reconcile accounts and maintain AR records
• research payment discrepancies and exceptions
• follow up on outstanding balances and assist with collections
• coordinate with internal departments on billing issues
• maintain AR documentation
• monitor aging
• follow procedures and escalation processes
• and manage deadlines and priorities in a high-volume environment.

Why this role
