What you'll do

• Process payroll, including wages, taxes, benefits, garnishments, direct deposits, and deductions
• maintain and validate payroll records and system data
• execute payroll disbursements and related payments
• audit and reconcile payroll and timekeeping data
• administer adjustments, leave and disability pay, benefit eligibility reviews, and alternate pay rates
• resolve payroll issues and inquiries
• prepare payroll reports, W-2s, audit documentation, and tax reports
• support UKG/Kronos and Workday system administration
• train supervisors, managers, and timekeepers on payroll processes.
