What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain the restaurant team
• coach Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
• lead daily operations and maintain quality, cleanliness, safety, and service standards
• execute marketing initiatives
• manage scheduling, labor, inventory, food costs, and expenses
• review financial performance and preliminary P&Ls with the District Manager
• maintain facilities and equipment
• ensure HR, payroll, onboarding, and employee documentation is completed
• maintain food safety, sanitation, security, and operational compliance.
