What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal care and daily routines
• provide companionship
• help with walking, transfers, positioning, and mobility
• prepare meals and assist with hydration
• provide medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• help with errands and appointments as needed
• observe and communicate changes in client condition
• maintain a safe, clean, comfortable home environment.
