What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls
• assist customers with general inquiries
• provide administrative and operational support to sales
• prepare samples, catalogs, and customer materials
• greet showroom visitors and maintain the showroom
• schedule customer training sessions
• assist with follow-ups
• organize sales materials and records
• coordinate with other departments
• support meetings, visits, and events
• coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
