The Fabrication and Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Peterborough, NH. The stated pay range is $28–$30 per hour, based on experience. The role fabricates and modifies fixtures and equipment, troubleshoots and repairs manufacturing and facility systems, and performs preventive maintenance. Accurate project records and safe, reliable equipment help support production operations.

What you'll do

• Fabricate and modify fixtures, tooling, guards, brackets, and equipment components
• operate machine-shop and welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely
• plan and document assigned projects
• troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and upgrade manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions
• respond to urgent equipment or facility needs
• provide guidance to Level 1 technicians when requested
• support continuous-improvement activities.
