The role provides database engineering and administration for complex, geographically distributed systems with demanding interface, performance, and security requirements. It contributes through database architecture and design, implementation, performance and capacity planning, risk analysis, and solutions for replication, concurrent access, and high availability, while collaborating with technical and customer teams in an Agile environment.

What you'll do

• Support database design, development, implementation, storage and retrieval, data flow, and analysis
• evaluate system improvements and maintenance
• support database administration and design requirements
• assist with database, parser, and loading software
• create and update schemas, queries, scripts, and macros
• develop system architecture and configuration documentation
• participate in Agile planning and team activities.
