What you'll do

• Document current-state processes, systems, and data flows
• identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
• interview stakeholders and translate needs into business and technical requirements
• support future-state workflows and operating models
• document designs and data flow diagrams
• assist with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• develop and execute testing strategies, including user acceptance testing
• support change management, reporting, and process refinement.
