What you'll do

• Lead, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve goals, protect gross margin, and meet activity metrics
• set expectations and complete performance evaluations
• manage the quote-to-order phase
• ensure quote requests, open-order support, and escalations are handled accurately and on time
• coach pricing decisions
• coordinate material scheduling, including backorders
• partner with the Controller on customer vetting, onboarding, ERP setup, and reporting
• present sales and operational metrics
• collaborate across departments.
