What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols in common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and tenant corridors
• respond to incidents and disturbances according to site procedures
• monitor and report unusual activity, policy violations, and hazards
• assist with access control, directions, and communications as needed.
