What you'll do

• Advise on SAP TM event capture, milestone tracking, exceptions, alerts, notifications, and visibility
• translate operational requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
• guide configuration for freight orders, freight units, event profiles, and dashboards
• align integrations across SAP modules and related systems
• support requirements, testing, deployment, cutover, defect triage, and transition to operations
• develop training and process documentation
• coordinate issues across government, technical, vendor, and integration stakeholders
• recommend improvements based on operational data and user feedback.
