Hotel Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance
• schedule vendors for repairs outside routine maintenance when needed
• track completed and upcoming maintenance
• perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment
• move furniture and equipment
• clean, paint, and repair hotel areas
• coordinate repairs with the General Manager
• maintain SDS sheets
• respond to guest requests
• follow preventive maintenance, energy conservation, safety, and brand procedures
• report safety concerns
• prepare reports and attend required training and meetings.
