The Technical Services Analyst role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is not specified. The role exists to keep assigned applications, computers, devices, and related systems functioning across the organization. Troubleshooting, upgrades, user support, documentation, and training help staff and physician practices use technology effectively in their daily work.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
• plan, test, execute, and evaluate upgrades and hot fixes
• configure, install, and support desktops, laptops, virtual machines, printers, phones, and scanners
• update IT support requests
• prepare equipment and administer hardware images
• refer major issues to vendors or technicians
• attend in-person client meetings to diagnose hardware problems
• provide basic user training
• maintain process documentation
• support new and existing hardware and software
• liaise with system engineers and application teams.
