Crew Supervisor

• Assist with theater operations, opening and closing, nightly paperwork, and shift deposits
• supervise, train, and motivate team members
• assign tasks and follow up
• assist with projection duties and guest service
• support interviewing, orientation, performance reviews, and discipline
• monitor concession inventory and food safety
• assist with emergency, safety, and security procedures.
