The Overnight Production Associate role is onsite in Neenah, WI. Pay is $19.50 per hour. The schedule is typically Monday–Wednesday, with alternating Thursdays, from 5 p.m.–5 a.m.; training takes place on day shift for the first 30 days. The associate uses production tools and equipment to make and assemble precise parts, supporting efficient workflows and customer requirements. Careful adherence to safety, inspection, and quality expectations helps the facility meet production targets and address product nonconformance.

What you'll do

• Use tools and equipment including saws, brazing machines, and CNC benders to produce and assemble parts
• follow safety procedures
• maintain a neat work area
• complete and submit paperwork
• meet inspection and quality expectations
• work with the team to meet business targets and client needs
• identify and work through product nonconformance. Cross-training is available to motivated candidates.
