What you'll do

• Lead nursing staff during assigned shifts
• mentor and support staff
• assist with scheduling, performance management, and shift coverage
• delegate duties within scope of practice
• support admissions and intake through triage and health assessments
• complete clinical assessments
• provide nursing care and oversee delegated interventions
• document patient progress in the EHR
