Inventory Manager — Warehouse Operations

The Inventory Manager role is onsite in Louisville, CO. Compensation is $115,000–$135,000 per year. The role supports Infleqtion’s quantum technology operations, helping ensure reliable program execution and accountability for company and Government property. The manager leads warehouse operations and inventory control so materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule. Through staff leadership, auditable records, discrepancy resolution, and process improvement, the role protects assets and supports procurement, quality, production, program management, and finance.

What you'll do

• Lead daily warehouse operations and inventory control
• oversee warehouse personnel, inventory records, cycle counts, shipping, and receiving
• maintain material traceability and audit-ready documentation
• ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Government contract and FAR requirements, including Government property accountability when required
• resolve inventory discrepancies
• protect company and Government assets
• coordinate with procurement, quality, production, program management, and finance
• manage receiving, inspection coordination, put-away, material handling, picking, kitting, staging, shipping, and returns processes
• establish procedures and track productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
