What you'll do

• Manage daily maintenance needs
• inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and building failures
• perform preventive maintenance and document findings
• create and maintain CMMS work orders and asset records
• coordinate vendors and verify completed work
• maintain tools, parts, and supplies
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and warehouse equipment
• follow safety, food safety, environmental, and company policies
• communicate status, risks, downtime, and completion dates.
