Tax Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions and disclosures under ASC 740
• manage tax accounts, reconciliations, and provision-to-return adjustments
• oversee federal, state, and local compliance and external providers
• manage filing calendars
• support tax structuring, tax equity, and project lifecycle matters
• analyze fixed assets and depreciation
• assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
• advise leadership on tax implications
• prepare technical memoranda
• support audits, controls, data flows, notices, budgeting, and tax legislation monitoring.
