What you'll do

• Develop individualized nursing care plans
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physician orders
• assign and supervise nursing care staff
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform and document treatments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• coordinate care with other departments
• maintain supplies and equipment
• report resident observations and reactions.
