The Weekend Forming & Freezing Operator works onsite in Little Falls, MN, for $24–$26 per hour. North Freeze Dry produces freeze-dried companion animal food and treats at its Little Falls facility. The operator runs meat-forming and freezing equipment and supports production, quality, sanitation, and inventory controls. The work helps produce batches to specification while maintaining food safety, traceability, and an orderly plant environment.

What you'll do

• Produce batched recipes to specifications and production plans
• inspect ingredients and in-process materials
• maintain production and error records
• perform pre-operational checks and preventive maintenance tasks
• complete quality and sanitation functions
• operate forming, shaping, portioning, and spiral-freezer equipment
• use the ERP system for inventory transactions
• complete shift paperwork
• support other lines and operate a forklift as necessary.
