What you'll do

• Take ownership of projects after client deposits are confirmed
• review specifications, order details, and timelines
• lead kickoff meetings with Purchasing, Design, Production, QA/QC, Packaging, and Shipping
• coordinate procurement, artwork, production schedules, packaging requirements, compliance testing, and fulfillment
• provide Sales Team updates and communicate client requests
• manage timelines, milestones, and costs
• maintain project records and prepare status reports.
