Adjunct Clinical Nursing Faculty

The Adjunct Clinical Nursing Faculty role is an onsite position in Tullahoma, TN. Compensation is $500–$700 per credit hour. The position supports Motlow State Community College’s instruction across its campuses and assigned clinical settings. The faculty member teaches assigned nursing courses and supports student learning by following approved syllabi, evaluating performance, and providing academic guidance. The role also contributes to curriculum and program collaboration and may include dual-enrollment teaching at area high schools and travel to multiple campuses as assigned.

What you'll do

• Teach assigned courses according to catalog descriptions and approved syllabi
• teach dual-enrollment classes at area high schools as assigned
• evaluate student performance
• provide academic support and guidance
• collaborate with faculty and academic leadership
• support curricular and co-curricular activities
• teach up to 12 credit hours per semester
• communicate with students and participate in occasional meetings or instructional activities as requested.
