Machine Operator – SMT Production

Job overview

The Machine Operator position is onsite in Ogden, UT, and pays $18 per hour. The role works on EMS Solutions’ production team, operating surface-mount technology equipment to assemble printed circuit boards accurately and efficiently. The operator prepares production jobs, runs and monitors equipment, inspects board assembly, and follows quality and safety procedures. This work helps the team meet daily production goals while maintaining product quality.

What you'll do

• Operate stencil printers and component placement machines
• set up production jobs, load materials, and complete component changeovers
• follow work instructions and technical documentation
• monitor equipment and report issues
• inspect circuit boards for component placement, polarity, and alignment
• maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• work with team members toward daily production goals.
