What you'll do

• Assist law enforcement with investigations and review warrant affidavits
• review indicted felony cases for disposition
• prepare cases for trial, including interviewing witnesses and victims, reviewing evidence and case law, and filing pretrial motions and notices
• represent the State in pretrial, plea, sentencing, trial, probation, and post-conviction proceedings
• prepare appellate briefs and respond to habeas corpus writs
• participate in grand jury intake and presentations
• travel within the district as required.
