Reports to: Westfield Innovations Supervisor. Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly. Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday - Friday. The primary responsibility of the Assembly and Production Associate is to support daily shop production by building, assembling, and maintaining equipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all work performed.
