Team Lead / Shift Supervisor

The role develops team members, supports customer service, oversees operational standards, and helps manage inventory, cash handling, and store performance.

• Lead by example and coach team members

• maintain health, food quality, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
• address customer concerns
• maintain equipment and facilities
• support employee communication and labor-law compliance
• monitor sales, labor, cost of goods, cash handling, inventory, waste, and ordering
• communicate with store leadership.
