Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative role is in-office in Sylvania, OH. Base pay is $16–$22 per hour, based on Allstate experience, with commission based on sales production. The role supports Jamilynn Fox’s Allstate Insurance agency and its existing and prospective clients. The representative handles incoming customer requests, explains policy information, processes payments, and updates accounts. Policy reviews and referrals help clients address coverage needs while supporting agency service and sales activity.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming agency calls
• process payments, answer policy questions, and update account information
• conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities for additional coverage or referrals
• document interactions and follow up as needed.
