What you'll do

• Supervise and assist residents with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• support participation in scheduled programming and activities
• document progress and incidents
• monitor medications and assist with refill procedures
• respond to on-call requests and home emergencies
• provide transportation to appointments as needed
• maintain the facility and attend required training and meetings.
