What you'll do

• Read and follow batch records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• verify ingredient names, lot numbers, and quantities
• weigh ingredients using designated scales and confirm scale readiness
• record weights, lot numbers, dates, and signatures
• label and organize materials for traceability
• follow GMP, hygiene, PPE, and cleaning requirements
• keep the weighing area and equipment clean
• report discrepancies and equipment problems
• coordinate material readiness with production.
