Residential Direct Care Staff

The Residential Direct Care Staff role is onsite in Tomball, TX. Pay is $16 per hour. The position supports residents receiving care at Kismet Residential Treatment Center, with several listed shift options, including overnight hours. The role provides daily care and supervision, supports residents’ treatment plans and activities, documents observations, and helps maintain a safe and structured residential environment. Staff may administer and record medication as ordered by a physician and provide crisis intervention as needed.

What you'll do

• Supervise residents and support social behavior, personal care, and treatment plans
• complete shift documentation
• escort residents to activities and appointments
• enforce behavioral expectations
• provide crisis intervention as needed
• communicate relevant information
• attend required training and meetings. Medication administration may be assigned as ordered by a physician.

Why this role
