• Lead and support land development design and execution
• manage project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and resource plans
• evaluate design and scope changes and coordinate change orders
• coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and public agencies
• oversee site plans, grading, stormwater, utilities, and infrastructure design
• manage competitive bidding and consultant relationships
• track development proffers and compliance
• visit job sites and uphold quality-control standards.

Why this role
