Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations and opening and closing procedures
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team issues
• respond to customer concerns
• track sales and cash handling
• prepare reports and analyze performance
• support food safety practices and operational records.
