Service District Manager

What you'll do

• Lead service and repair departments across 7 to 10 stores through Knowledge Managers
• own customer satisfaction and NPS
• improve technician productivity, quality, turn time, and same-day diagnosis
• grow service sales and protection-plan attachment while managing budgets, labor, and scheduling
• hire, develop, coach, and hold managers accountable
• use operating reports and benchmarking to identify gaps and create action plans
• visit stores and partner with General Managers, sales District Managers, Finance, HR, Merchandising, and Customer Relations
• support staffing, onboarding, and team culture.
