What you'll do

• Partner with manufacturing sites to develop robotics roadmaps and prioritize automation initiatives with business cases
• align site and technology roadmaps with Factory of the Future strategy
• identify and evaluate robotics, vision, automation, and physical AI technologies
• facilitate cross-functional discovery sessions
• define repeatable deployment models and support scale-up
• establish standards and deployment approaches
• coordinate across sites, functions, and vendors
• provide technical expertise in solution definition, equipment selection, requirements, and integration
• support deployment, startup, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle planning
• train other engineers.
