Field Operations Specialist — Parking Operations

The Field Operations Specialist works onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, for $22 per hour. AirGarage’s mission is to bring real estate online, starting with parking, and this role supports its field operations at parking lots and garages. The specialist patrols assigned properties, checks payment using the company’s smartphone app, manages citations, and helps customers use the payment app. The role provides a visible on-the-ground presence to support smooth parking operations; some location-dependent tasks may include light cleanup, vendor coordination, signage assistance, or directing traffic.

What you'll do

• Patrol assigned parking lots or garages on foot
• cover multiple locations in the assigned area as needed
• scan license plates and verify payment using the Space Force app
• issue citations and leave notices when needed
• guide customers through the payment app. Depending on assigned location, may assist with light cleanup, vendor coordination, signage, or traffic direction.
