The Pharmacist is an onsite, full-time role in Cumberland, MD, with a stated salary range of $135,000–$145,000 per year. InfuCare Rx provides home infusion and specialty pharmacy services for patients needing IV therapy. The pharmacist supports safe and effective home infusion therapy by reviewing orders, assessing patient and drug information, monitoring treatment, and coordinating with physicians, nurses, patients, and other care partners. The role also supports sterile compounding, dispensing, documentation, and pharmacy quality activities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate new referrals and admissions with nursing, customer service, and distribution
• receive, review, and verify patient orders
• assess patient, drug, and disease information
• support therapeutic objectives and monitoring
• evaluate laboratory and clinical data and communicate monitoring results
• program infusion control devices as indicated
• consult with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• document clinical activities
• prepare sterile admixtures and dispense medications and supplies
• maintain pharmacy records
• participate in quality assurance, staff training, and on-call rotation if applicable.
