What you'll do

• Greet prospects and conduct community tours
• respond to leasing inquiries
• follow up with prospects to support lease conversions
• prepare and execute leases, renewals, and notices
• complete move-in and move-out procedures
• maintain availability and pricing information
• update property management software and resident files
• support renewals and retention
• coordinate vacant-unit readiness with maintenance
• inspect vacant units
• assist with marketing, events, payments, and reporting.
