The Alignment Technician — Heavy-Duty Vehicles role is onsite in De Forest, WI. Compensation is $35–$45 per hour based on experience, plus monthly performance-based commissions. North Central Utility is a family-owned semi-trailer dealership with service operations across the North Central region. The technician performs heavy-duty vehicle alignments and suspension repairs to keep customer equipment road-ready. The role schedules work directly with customers, communicates service details to management, and may mentor apprentice technicians.

What you'll do

• Perform heavy-duty vehicle alignments, frame and axle corrections, and suspension repairs and rebuilds
• use a Bee Line LC7500 computerized laser alignment system or equivalent
• schedule alignment work directly with customers
• provide work details to service management for billing
• maintain a clean and safe workspace
• assist service team members as needed
• may mentor apprentice technicians.
