What you'll do

• Develop customer relationships and recommend storage solutions
• provide face-to-face customer service
• meet monthly sales goals
• walk the property and perform lock checks
• show units
• rent storage units and sell merchandise
• manage leasing, accept payments through the POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments
• clean units and grounds
• maintain facility areas and storage doors.
