Personal Trainer

The Personal Trainer role is onsite in Alma, GA, and is part-time with flexible scheduling options. Compensation is $16–$30+ per hour, including hourly pay and commission. The trainer develops individualized workout and coaching plans, guides clients through sessions, and promotes safe exercise technique. Through accountability, progress reviews, and supportive relationships, the trainer helps members work toward their health, strength, confidence, and quality-of-life goals.

What you'll do

• Create workout and coaching plans tailored to client goals
• motivate, educate, and guide clients through personal training sessions
• promote safe training with proper form and technique
• provide accountability, encouragement, and regular progress reviews
• build relationships that support client progress.
