The BCBA provides clinical leadership, supervises behavior technicians, and collaborates with families to ensure high-quality, data-driven ABA services.

What you'll do

• Conduct and oversee assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Develop, update, and monitor skill-acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing supervision and clinical support to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Review client data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with families.
• Provide modeling, feedback, and competency-based training to technicians.
