The Per Diem Surgical Center Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Marlton, NJ, with pay of $45 per hour. The position supports IVI RMA North America’s Surgical Center and its fertility-care services. The nurse provides care across pre-operative, operative, and post-operative phases, coordinating patient care and supporting safe procedures and recovery. Responsibilities include assessments and documentation, assisting the surgical team, monitoring patients, reviewing discharge instructions, and following infection-control and safety practices.

What you'll do

• Provide emotional support and nursing care before, during, and after procedures
• complete and document pre-operative and post-operative assessments
• prepare the room and assist the surgical team
• support patient transport and handoffs
• monitor patient condition and report changes to physicians
• review discharge instructions and assist with discharge
• follow infection-control and safety precautions.
