Residential Project Manager

Job overview

What you'll do

• Manage project schedules, quality, safety, budgets, and client satisfaction
• develop schedules and look-ahead plans
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and construction teams
• conduct preconstruction scope reviews
• evaluate construction methods and resolve jobsite challenges
• ensure materials are available when needed
• monitor costs and documentation
• inspect work for compliance with plans, specifications, standards, and local codes
• provide client updates
• coordinate corrective actions and maintain safe, organized jobsites.
