What you'll do

• Lead Kids Apparel Sport Product Merchandising strategy based on consumer insight, financial health, and marketplace realities
• own seasonal execution across Line Planning, MAR, GGP, Seasonal Handover, and GTM
• monitor franchise and classification health and lead product lifecycle discussions
• drive strategy for the stated $700M Kids Apparel portfolio across multiple seasons
• provide hands-on leadership of MAR, GGP, and GTM for FA'27, HO'27, and SP'28
• contribute to long-range line planning for FA/HO'28 and SP/SU'29
• represent Kids Apparel Sport within Geo Consumer Merchandising and the Geo Sport Leadership Team
• partner with Product, Planning, and Marketplace
• guide and develop a team of four.
