The accountant manages day-to-day accounting while improving finance processes and administering NetSuite. The role contributes to reliable reporting, project and inventory accounting, connected business systems, and stronger finance practices across the company.

What you'll do

• Coordinate month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting across entities and currencies
• handle agency project accounting and apparel inventory accounting
• administer NetSuite searches, workflows, roles, permissions, fields, and reports
• design integrations and processes with the CFO
• train employees on systems
• coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and payroll
• coordinate tax and compliance work with the CFO and CPAs
• collaborate with operations, production, agency, and apparel leaders.
